We prioritize customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you experience any problems with the products you purchased, you can request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
• Labels must not be removed.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Process:

• You must send the invoice along with the product you wish to return.
• If you send your return cargo via the specified contracted cargo company, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.

3. Return Fee:

• Once the product return is approved, the refund will be made within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.
• For products purchased with a campaign or discount, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Non-Returnable Products:

• Underwear, personal hygiene products and custom-made products cannot be returned.

We strive to provide our customers with a fast and reliable shipping experience. Below you can find details about our shipping processes:

1. Shipping Time:

• Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Cargo delivery time may vary between 2-7 business days depending on your location.

2. Shipping Fees:

• Shipping is free for orders over 50 TL .
• For orders under 50 TL, a flat shipping fee of 19.90 TL is applied.

3. Shipping Areas:

• Shipping is made to all over Turkey.
• We do not currently have an international shipping service.

4. Order Tracking:

• When your order is delivered to the cargo, you will be sent a tracking number.

5. Delivery Terms:

• Please check your package upon delivery.
• In case of damaged or missing products, do not forget to have a report drawn up by the cargo officer and contact us immediately.
